By accessing and using echoeternity, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. We accept payment through our designated payment methods as indicated on the website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for shipment of ordered products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery times. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

In no event shall echoeternity, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
